FREE! We do not charge for postage!
Do you post to addresses outside of the United Kingdom?
We currently do not post outside of the UK, sorry. However we do post at no extra cost to non-mainland UK addresses such as the Isle of Man.
When will you post my item?
Items purchased and paid for in cleared funds before 3pm GMT are usually dispatched the same working day.
Items paid for after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day*.
When will my item arrive?
Most items are sent Royal Mail First Class. These will usually arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch**.
Some larger or heavier items may be sent using a courier company, delivery times may vary but your item should arrive within 4 working days.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive?
Please view the FAQ pages to see what to if your item goes missing.
* This means items purchased after 3pm GMT on a Friday may not be posted until the following Monday.
**Unfortunately Leonard's Gifts cannot be responsible for Royal Mail or Courier delivery times.
