Delivery DetailsHow much do you charge for postage to UK addresses? We charge a flat rate of just £1.75 regardless of how many items you purchase.
Some heavier or larger items have an additional postage surcharge.
Where this is the case it will be clearly shown on the item description page.
Do you post to addresses outside of the United Kingdom?
We currently do not post outside of the UK, sorry.
When will you post my item?
Items purchased and paid for in cleared funds before 3pm GMT are usually dispatched the same working day.
Items paid for after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day*.
When will my item arrive?
Most items are sent Royal Mail First Class. These will usually arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch**.
Some larger or heavier items may be sent using a courier company, delivery times may vary but your item should arrive within 4 working days.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive?
Please view the FAQ pages to see what to if your item goes missing.
* This means items purchased after 3pm GMT on a Friday may not be posted until the following Monday.
